1. Vendor Requirements
All participating cake vendors must:
– Hold a valid trade license for food handling/catering in Dubai.
– Comply with Dubai Municipality food safety regulations.
– Provide evidence of food handling certification (where required).
– Ensure cakes are prepared, transported, and stored in accordance with hygiene standards.

2. Organizer Disclaimer (T&Cs; / tickets)

Food Safety & Liability Disclaimer
All food and beverage items at the Dubai Cake Picnic are provided directly by participating vendors, each of whom is licensed and independently responsible for their products in compliance with Dubai Municipality food safety standards.

Cozy Moods Events and the Dubai Cake Picnic organizers act solely as coordinators of the event and do not produce, handle, or store any food items. By attending this event, guests acknowledge that they consume food and beverages at their own discretion and risk.

Cozy Moods Events and its affiliates accept no liability for any illness, allergic reaction, or adverse effect arising from the consumption of food or beverages supplied by third-party vendors. Attendees are advised to confirm dietary or allergy requirements directly with vendors before consumption.

3. Vendor Agreement Clause
Vendor represents and warrants that it holds valid food licenses and certifications required by Dubai law, and that all products supplied are safe, hygienically prepared, and compliant with food safety regulations. Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Cozy Moods Events, its staff, and affiliates against any claims, damages, or liabilities.

Ticket-Friendly Disclaimer
By purchasing a ticket to the Dubai Cake Picnic, you acknowledge that all food is prepared and served by licensed third-party vendors. The organizers (Cozy Moods Events) accept no responsibility for food handling, consumption, or allergies. Guests assume full responsibility when consuming food at the event.
