All events, content, and experiences are offered “as available” and may change due to weather, venue requirements, or other circumstances beyond the organizer’s control. Cake Picnic Middle East shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from event participation, vendor engagement, or website use.

Participating vendors are independent businesses responsible for their own operations, food safety, and service quality. The organizer is not liable for any representations, quality standards, or claims made by participating vendors.

While we encourage vendors to clearly label food items containing common allergens (including but not limited to nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, and shellfish), Cake Picnic Middle East and Cozy Moods accept no liability for any allergic reactions, foodborne illnesses, or adverse effects resulting from the consumption of food or beverages provided by vendors during the event.

Guests with allergies or dietary sensitivities are advised to communicate directly with individual vendors before consumption. Participation in any Cake Picnic Middle East event constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of this disclaimer.

3. INDUSTRY-SPECIFIC REGULATIONS AND FOOD SAFETY COMPLIANCE
Cake Picnic Middle East and all participating vendors adhere to the Dubai Municipality regulations and the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) food safety management system.
